General behaviour

• Be polite and friendly, users come to the forums for information and help and use the app to enjoy the outdoors. There is no need to be blunt and disrespectful.
• No racism, sexism or other "-ism" is allowed.
• Posts on the forum need to be in English. Not only because we can't speak all the world's languages, but also for people coming here for information on foreign countries or forests.
• Do not share offensive or inappropriate material.
• No spamming.
• Do not share materials that belong to someone else, unless you have their permission.
• No abusive or slanderous language is allowed.
• Do not use the forum or app for anything other than it was intended for. In other words, do not do anything illegal with it.

If you violate any of these rules, your account can be deactivated in the forum and in the app. If you have a subscription, it will not be refunded and it will automatically be cancelled on it's end date.

If you want to report a user on the forum, do it via "Report post" (the triangle in the bottom right of the post). You can also use our support or abuse email address or create a ticket on our support page. These last options can also be used if you experience problems with someone in the app.
